Brown Vs. Board of Education

Brown vs. Board of Education was a landmark case that would change the face of schools and the world.  This case would end up making it all the way to the United States Supreme Court and they would end up declaring that the laws establishing separate public schools for black and white students to be unconstitutional.  This decision ended up over ruling the Plessy vs. Ferguson decision back in 1896.

The Brown vs. Board of Education ruling paved the road for integration and the civil rights movement.  Children, teenagers and adults would end up going integrated schools all over the country.  This case would end up breaking world news coverage and finally allowing both blacks and whites to be in the same schools, buildings, bathrooms and much more.
